摘　　要：以世行贷款安徽宣城承接东部地区产业转移基地基础设施示范项目为例,介绍世行贷款项目环境监控报告的编制要点。着重介绍了环境监控的目的、所含内容、现状监测、半年度环境管理工作以及对环境管理计划的落实情况。通过对监控报告编制要点的总结,以期为我国类似项目的环境监控报告编制提供借鉴。This paper take the World Bank Loaned Xuancheng infrastructure for industry relocation Project as example to introduce the key points of environmental monitoring report..Introduced the purpose of environmental monitoring, contained content, Environmentalstatusmonitoring, semi-annual environment management and implementation of the EMP.Through thesummary of key points of monitoring report ,ecpecting to provide references for the environmental monitoring report of similar projects in China.
