摘  要:文中阐述了DSP控制无刷直流电机系统硬件组成,说明了DSP控制系统组成。说明了功率驱动与逆变桥电路。设计了过流过压保护与电流采样电路。描述了霍尔传感器输出和电机换向。为了实现转速测量,利用事件管理器的捕获功能,当电机的换向时刻来临时,DSP进入捕获中断,检测捕获引脚的端口电平。给出了实际测量的电机速度曲线。实现了串行通信和上位机界面设计。实践证明较好地实现了无刷直流电机系统的DSP控制。This paper describes the DSP control of Brushless DC motor system hardware. The DSP control system configuration is illustrated. The power driven and contravariant bridge circuit are illustrated. The over current and over voltage protection and current sampling circuit are designed. Holzer sensor output and commutation of the motor are described. In order to achieve the speed measurement, the capture function of event manager is used. When the commutation moment of motor comes, DSP captures interrupt and detects port level of capture pin. The actual measurement of motor speed curve is given. Realization of serial communication and PC interface are designed. Practice proves that it can realize the control of brushless DC motor speed closed-loop control system based on DSP.
