摘  要:设计了一种包含三串口以太网网关的接口装置,用于水冷系统的监控和上位机的通讯。该接口装置包含三个RS485串行接口和一个光纤以太网接口。RS485接口采用异步半双工的工作方式,支持多种通信速率。网关与水冷系统采用RS485通信接口,通信协议为Modbus RTU;网关与监控系统采用光纤以太网通信接口,通信协议采用TCP/IP。借助该网关装置的通信,上位机监控系统和水冷系统可完成校时、遥测、遥信等数据量的传输交互。A three-port Ethernet gateway interface device is designed for monitoring water cooling system and communicating with PC. The interface device includes three RS485 serial communication interface and an optical Ethernet port. RS485 interface uses an asynchronous half-duplex working mode, supporting a variety of communication speed. Gateway and cooling system uses RS485 communication interface, using Modbus RTU serial communication protocol. Gateway and monitoring system uses fiber-optic Ethernet communication interface, and TCP/IP protocol. Through the transfer of the communications gateway device, PC monitoring system and water cooling system can complete the proof, telemetry, transmission remote communication data volume interactions.
