摘　　要：受自然生态劣势与经济社会文化劣势并存制约,甘肃藏区处于绝对贫困与返贫率高、多维贫困与自我能力发展缺失、信息贫困等贫困现状。通过分析甘肃藏区致贫原因,提出构建甘肃藏区内生力反贫模式建议。By the natural ecological disadvantage and the economic and social and cultural disadvantages coexist, Gansu tibetan areas in absolute poverty and high rate of return, multi-dimensional poverty and lack of self-development, information poverty and other poverty status. Based on the analysis of the causes of poverty in Gansu tibetan areas, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the anti - poverty model in inner mongolia.
