摘 要:真空玻璃具有较低的传热系数,但仅靠玻璃本身调节遮阳系数,有时不能满足某些地区的要求。在"中空+真空"复合真空玻璃的中空腔体内置百叶,通过调节百叶状态可达到阻隔太阳辐射和调整室内采光的双重目的。但中空腔体内置百叶后可能会导致中空腔体积热,玻璃温度升高,增加玻璃破损几率。主要研究内置百叶后复合真空玻璃,在不同季节,不同安装方式下真空玻璃的变形和温差。研究结果表明,"中空+真空"复合真空玻璃可以内置百叶,并且真空玻璃应朝向室内安装。The thermal coefficient of vacuum glazing is low, but the requirements of certain region can not be met only by adjusting the shading coefficient of the glazing. The louver was built in the hollow cavity of the composite glazing with the form of" hollow + vacuum". Dual purposes which include not only the barrier of solar radiation ,but also the adjustment of the indoor lightness, can be reached by adjusting the shutter state. However, the built-in louver in the hollow cavity will cause heat accumulation and temperature rise in the cavity, as well as higher risk of glass-broken. This paper mainly studies the deformation and temperature difference of composite vacuum glass at different seasons and various installation ways after the placement of built-in blinds. The results show that the built-in louver can be set in the "hollow + vacuum" composite glazing and the vacuum glass should be set indoors.
