摘　　要：从量子场论的量子化思想和基本的理论结果出发,导出一个改进的跃迁矩阵元的计算公式,使它更加符合跃迁这一物理过程发生、发展的机理,可以在更广泛的范围内应用.The paper is based on quantization of quantum field theory and basic theoretical results,an improved formula for calculating the transition matrix element is derived,which to be make more in line with the mechanism of the occurrence and development of the physical process of transition,which can be used in a wider range of applications.
