摘 要:引汉济渭工程三河口水利枢纽厂房边坡爆破开挖施工中,出现了边坡预裂爆破半孔率不高、爆破后大块岩石较多以及根底或者马道超爆等问题,后续开挖运输过程中需要二次破碎,不但增加了施工成本,也影响施工进度、影响边坡外观效果。为了彻底解决上述问题,深入分析现场爆破作业操作流程,分析对比方案和实施过程中的问题,通过试验确定岩石强度等影响爆破效果的要素,根据实测数据进行爆破设计方案优化。结果表明:通过现场跟踪记录各工序,找出了现场存在的导致大块率过高的主要因素和原因,逐一分析解决,并通过逐次爆破后效果分析进行爆破设计优化。优化后的爆破方案基本解决了爆破后大块岩石较多的问题。这表明:结合生产开展爆破试验,能够获得安全、高效、经济的钻孔与爆破参数。The problems of lower half-holerate of slope presplitting blasting,more large stone blocks,blasting residual roots or over-breaks of berm,etc. occur during the construction of the slope blasting excavation of the powerhouse for Sanhekou Water Control Project of Hanjiang River to Weihe River Valley Water Diversion Project,for which secondary breaking must be made in the process of the successive excavation transport,thus not only the construction cost is increased,but both the construction progress and the appearance of slope are also impacted. For fully solving the problems mentioned above,the operation process of the in situ blasting operation is deeply analyzed and the problems in the scheme and the implementation process are comparatively analyzed,and then the main factors those impact the blasting effect,such as rock strength,etc.,are determined through the relevant experiment,the blasting design scheme is optimized in accordance with the measured data as well. The result shows that the in situ main factors and causations those make the large lump rate over higher are found out and solved one by one through the insite track-recording of all the working procedures,while blasting design is optimized through the effect analysis after the successive blasting. The problem of more large stone blocks is basically solved with the optimized blasting scheme. It is indicated that if blasting experiment is carried out in combination with the actual construction,the safe,efficient and economical drilling and blasting parameters can be obtained.
