摘 要:以凤丹白牡丹2年生幼苗为材料,研究钙元素对其叶片光合特性、叶绿素含量和植株生长情况的影响。结果表明,各处理凤丹白光合作用日变化曲线均呈"单峰型"。处理2即钙浓度为160mg/g时,叶片的日平均净光合速率和净光合速率峰值分别为10.60μmol(CO_2)·m^(-2)·s^(-1)和19.17,表观量子效率为0.075 1,叶绿素总含量为20.33mg/g,各指标均显著高于其他3个处理。因此160mg/g的钙浓度最有利于提高油用牡丹凤丹白的光合强度和合成有机物的能力,进而提高植株的干物质积累并促进植株生长。Taking 2-year-old seedlings of Paeonia ostii ‘Fengdan White’ as materials,the effects of exoge- nous calcium on the photosynthetic characters and biomass were examined. The results showed that the di- urnal photosynthetic variations of all calcium treated seedlings presented unimodal curves. When calcium concentration was 160 mg/g, the daily average Pn (net photosynthesis rate) and maxium Pn were 10. 60 /~mol(COz) m-2 ~ s-1 and 19.17, respectively. The apparent quantum yield efficiency value was 0. 075 1, and total chlorophyll content was 20.33 mg/g. Both plant height and biomass were significantly higher than other treatments. Therefore,the application of calcium with a concentration of 160 mg/g was favorable for improving photosynthetic intensity and synthesizing organic matter and promoting the plant growth.
