摘　　要：《2010年国际贸易术语解释通则》是当今世界上使用范围最广、影响力最大的一种关于贸易术语的国际惯例,该惯例共解释了11种贸易术语,其中,在出口国装运港完成交货的三种贸易术语FOB、CFR和CIF被我国沿海外贸企业广泛使用。本文选取CFR贸易术语为研究对象,分析我国沿海外贸企业出口业务中作为卖方采用CFR贸易术语的原因、成交可能遇到的主要风险。应对这些风险的措施是:加强对外贸易监测和预警,降低因进出口国政治或对外贸易政策变化带来的出口风险;做好报价前的运费成本核算;认真研读《2010年国际贸易术语解释通则》对CFR贸易术语解释;降低投保风险的措施;对客户进行资信调查,针对不同客户采用不同的结算方式;外贸企业应鼓励现有外贸人员参加政府部门组织的各类培训,适时引进优秀的外贸人才。＂INCOTERMS 2010＂is one of the world＇s most widely used, the most influential one on the trade terms of international practice, which explained eleven？kinds of trade terms altogether, including three trade terms for the delivery of goods at the port of shipment of the exporting country ＂FOB, CFR and CIF＂, frequently used in China＇s coastal for- eign trade enterprises. This article analyzed the reasons for the adoption of CFR trade terms in the export business of China＇s coastal foreign trade enterprises, major risks that may be encountered and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures： Strengthening foreign trade monitoring and early warning to reduce export risks caused by changes in the polities or foreign trade policies of the importing and ex- porting countries; Freight cost accounting before quotation; Seriously study on the explanation of CFR trade terms in / INCOTERMS 2010; Measures to reduce the risk of insur- ance; Making a credit inquiry to customers and adopting dif- ferent clearing forms for different customers; Encouraging the existing foreign trade personnel to participate in various gov- ernment training and bringing in excellent foreign trade talents.
