摘  要:随着电信行业政策的逐渐开放,虚拟运营商加入到宽带市场的争夺中,同时基础运营商之间,对用户的争夺也更加白热化,市场竞争越来越激烈。在这种情况下,对于高价值用户的争夺以及能否取得赚取利润显得尤为重要。本文重点从宽带产品利润模型的构建角度,开展盈亏平衡分析与敏感性分析,找到影响宽带产品盈利的因素并进行排序,提出对应的策略。With the gradual opening of the telecom industry policy, virtual network operators have joined the competition in the broadband market, meanwhile, the competition be- tween the basic operators has become even hotter, and the market is becoming highly competitive. In this case, compet- ing for high value users and making profits has become more and more important. This paper focuses on the break even analysis and sensitivity analysis, from the point of view -- the construction of broadband products profit model, and finds out the factors that affect the profitability of broadband products, and puts forward the corresponding strategies.
