摘 要:通过对桑枝、杜仲条和柳条3种枝桠材的纤维形态与基本密度的测定分析,并与重组木常用原料进行对比,探讨这3种枝桠材作为重组材原料的可行性。结果表明,桑枝、杜仲条和柳条木材的纤维长度分别主要集中在600~900μm、700~1 000μm和500~800μm,分别占其总量的71.33%、79%和87%,平均纤维长宽比均>33,属于细长纤维型;杜仲条、桑枝和柳条木材的平均纤维组织含量分别是66.23%、65.01%和66.82%,且壁腔比均<1,属优质原料;杜仲条、桑枝和柳条的基本密度平均值分别为0.46g·cm^(-3)、0.49g·cm^(-3)和0.72g·cm^(-3);在树杆方向上,杜仲条木材平均纤维长度和平均纤维长宽比由树杆底部往上逐渐减少,平均纤维宽度和壁腔比呈现两端低、中间高的变化趋势,平均纤维组织含量呈现两端高、中间低的变化趋势;桑枝木材平均纤维长度、平均纤维长宽比和平均纤维组织含量由树杆底部往上逐渐升高,平均纤维宽度呈现两端高、中间低的变化趋势,壁腔比呈现两端低、中间高的变化趋势;柳条木材平均纤维长度、平均纤维宽度、平均纤维长宽比和壁腔比由树杆底部往上都逐渐减少。就纤维形态和基本密度分析而言,3种木材均可作为生产重组材的优质材料,且杜仲条更优。The fiber morphology and basic density of the three kinds of branch woods of Morus alba, Eucommia ulmoides and Tamarix ramosissima were analyzed and compared with the common materials of recombinant wood, and the feasibility of using these three kinds of branch woods reconstituted material was discussed. The results indicated that the fiber length of Morus alba, E. ulmoides, and T. ramosissima were mainly in the ranges of 600 -- 900μm, 700 -- 1 000μm and 500 -- 800μm, respectively, accounting for 71.33%,79%,and 87% of the total. Width ratio was greater than 33,belonging to the slender fiber type. The average fiber contents of the three were 66.23% ,65.01% and 66.82% ,respectively,and the cavity ra- tio was less than 1. The average basic densities of the three were 0.46 g · cm-3 ,0.49 g · cm a and 0.72 g· cm-3 ,respectively. The average fiber length and the average fiber aspect ratio of E. ulmoides decreased gradually from the bottom to the top of the branch. The average fiber width and wall ratio were low at both ends, high in the middle, and the average fiber content was high at two ends, low in the middle. The mean fiber length,mean fiber length-width ratio and average fiber content of M. alba increased gradually fromthe bottom to the top. In terms of fiber morphology and basic density,all the three kinds of wood could be used as the quality material for the production of recombinant materials,and eucommia bar better.
