摘  要:介绍了复合床焦煤分级调湿一体化技术。进行焦煤脱湿行为的特性研究,结果表明,不同粒径煤脱湿3~5s后即可达到炼焦要求。开展了2t/h中试研究,结果表明,在中试条件下,原煤以1.5mm切割粒径被分成细煤和粗煤组分,煤脱湿幅度为1%~9%。中试结果既验证了基础研究,又进一步验证了技术可行性,且为其产业化提供了技术支持。An integrated technology of CMC with classification is introduced in this paper and the behaviors of the CMC are also studied. The result shows that different sizes of coal after 3 - 5 seconds moisture removal can meet the requirement for cokemaking. A 2t/h pilot test is also conducted; its result demonstrates that under the pilot test condition, the raw coal was classified into fine coal and coarse coal at cut-off particle size of 1.5mm,with moisture reduction by 1%-9%. The pilot test result not only shows the correctness of fundamental study and the technical feasibility, but also provides a technical support for an industrial application.
