摘 要:心肺复苏时,当外周脉管系统坍塌、外周静脉通路难以建立或中心静脉置管时间太长时,可以通过骨髓(intraosseous,IO)通路迅速建立补液途径,因此骨髓输液技术已写入多种复苏指南。在心肺复苏的过程中,通过骨髓输液通路快速建立补液途径,可把胸腔按压的影响降至最低。骨髓输液枪简单易操作,也促使骨髓输液成为一种非常有吸引力的静脉复苏的替代方式。本文对骨髓输液在心肺复苏过程中的应用以及骨髓输液枪的发展进行综述,以推广其在国内的应用与进一步探索。The intraosseous(IO) infusion route can be established fast when intravenous(IV) route is not accessible or central venous catheterization is too time-consuming or peripheral vascular collapses, and the IO access has been recommended by several resuscitation guidelines. Besides, quickly achieved IO route can minimize the effects to interruption of chest compressions. The userfriendly designed IO infusion gun makes it an attractive alternation of resuscitation. In this study, we review the application of IO infusion during cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) and the development of IO infusion guns, which may promote the domestic popularization and understanding of its advantages and disadvantages in the life-saving procedure.
