摘 要:文中介绍了以Ca CO_3为致孔剂制备多孔聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)水凝胶的方法及条件,并对制备的聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶进行扫描电镜表征,采用黏度法测定了不同反应时间下线性聚丙烯酰胺黏均分子量的大小。改变Ca CO_3用量、Ca CO_3粒径、交联剂用量以及反应时间,通过扫描电镜观察了溶胀水凝胶内部的孔洞结构,比较、分析了不同条件下得到的水凝胶的孔洞差异,研究了水凝胶溶胀速率及平衡溶胀率的变化规律。结果表明,致孔剂Ca CO_3的加入可显著提高PAM水凝胶的溶胀性能,交联剂用量越大,平衡溶胀率和溶胀速率越低。In this paper, the method and conditions of preparation of porous polyacrylamide (PAM) hydrogels with CaCO3 as porogen were introduced. The prepared polyacrylamide hydrogels were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The viscosity was measured by viscosity method. The size of the polyacrylamide viscosity aver- age molecular weight. The contents of CaCO3, the amount of CaCO3, the amount of crosslinking agent and the reac- tion time were changed. The pore structure of the swollen hydrogel was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The differences of the pores of the hydrogels were compared and analyzed. Swelling rate and equilibrium swelling rate. The resuhs show that the addition of CaCO3 can significantly improve the swelling properties of PAM hydrogel, the greater the amount of crosslinking agent, the lower the equilibrium swelling rate and the swelling rate.
