摘　　要：依据计量标准考核的要求,通过对计量标准的工作原理,不确定度的评定及重复性、稳定性指标和不确定度的验证考核,建立符合量值传递的表面粗糙度比较样块校准装置标准器组。According to the requirements of the measurement standard, the standard of cali- bration device for roughness comparison specimen that met the value transfer was estab- lished by analyzing the working principle of the measurement standard, the evaluation of uncertainty, and the verification and assessment of repeatability, stability index and uncertainty.
