摘　　要：分析了影响阀盖填料函加工质量的主要原因,介绍了针对夹具定位不合理、夹紧装置不合理、刀杆刚性差等问题制定的工艺措施,论述了新工艺加工阀盖填料函的检测结果。Analyses the main reason affecting the quality of bonnet stuffing box processing,discusses the processing measures developed for the problems such as unreasonable fixture positioning,unreasonable clamping device,poor tool rod rigidity,and discusses testing results for the new technology of processing bonnet stuffing box.
