美国PACE模式及其对我国医养结合的启示

摘　　要：美国全方位养老服务计划(Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly,PACE)是一种成熟的医养结合模式,在运营理念、服务形式和内容、服务团队、支付体系以及适用性等方面具有优势,但也存在一些局限性。借鉴PACE模式,我国医养结合应该在宣传力度、服务能力、人才培养和融资渠道等方面需要不断改进和完善。PACE stands for program of all-inclusive care for the elderly. It is a mature model of medical-nursing combination, which has distinctive features in operation concept, service forms and contents, working team, payment system and applicability. However, it has some limitations. Based on lessons from PACE, publicity efforts, service capabilities, personnel training and financing channels should be improved continuously in the field of medical-nursing combination in China.
