摘　　要：论述了干油润滑和稀油循环润滑两种润滑方式的应用范围;稀油循环润滑是离心脱水机润滑系统的设计难点,在设计前,应首先对离心机各部位的润滑要求作全面分析,确定润滑方式和所使用润滑油品种,再结合工况条件及使用环境分析润滑系统的结构,确定合理的参数;提出了润滑用油量、工作压力、实际供油量、油箱容量、系统发热量和散热量等参数的确定方法。This paper discusses the function of two different lubrication methods for the centrifuge lubrication system and determines the usage of the circulating lubrication system; quantity of lubricating oil and working pressure. It is demonstrated that when designing and manufacturing the lubrication system of screen bowl, first of all, we should analyze the lubrication requirement of the various parts of the centrifuge comprehensively to determine the lubrication methods and the kinds of lubricating oil. Then according to the working conditions and the environment,we study the structure of the lubrication system to get the reasonable parameters.
