摘  要:通过对管坯缺陷位置成分、高倍分析,结合对应炉次圆钢的高倍、组织分析,最终确定由于圆钢存在较严重的碳化物偏析,在加热、穿管过程中产生过烧,导致轧件产生分层、粘连芯棒、爆管事故。将穿管加热温度由1 090℃降低至1 030℃后,消除了爆管事故,保证了正常生产。The cause of abnormal piercing was determined through the composition and high magnification morphology analysis of the defect position of tube billet,and the microstructure analysis of the round steel with the corresponding batch number. The reason is as follow: there is serious carbide segregation in the round steel microstructure which will cause the over burning during heating and piercing,It and that leads to delamination of rolled piece,adhesion of mandril and tube burst. The tube burst can be avoided through reducing the heating temperature from 1 090 ℃ to 1 030 ℃ during tube forming process. The production returns to normal.
