摘　　要：详细介绍了首钢京唐1#高炉2014年10月至2016年9月期间的增产降耗措施。通过优化大煤比冶炼技术、改善煤气分布、稳定合理操作炉型、降低休风率等措施,生产水平取得显著进步,主要经济技术指标达到国内同类型高炉领先水平。其中在2015年10月至2016年9月期间,日产铁水12 669 t,高炉利用系数2.33 t/(m^3·d),入炉燃料比491 kg/t,焦比280.6 kg/t。Measures of increasing production and reducing consumption of Jingtang 1# BF from October 2014 to September 2016 are introduced. Through optimizing large coal ratio smelting technology,improving the distribution of gas flow,making the reasonable operating furnace type stable and decreasing the delay ratio,the production level has made remarkable progress,and the main economic and technical indicators has reached the leading level of domestic similar furnaces. Between October 2015 and September 2016,the daily production of hot metal reached 12 669 t/d,the utilization factor was 2. 34 t/（ m^3·d）,the fuel rate was 491kg/t and the coke rate was 280. 6 kg/t.
