摘　　要：介绍了利用高炉煤气布袋除尘卸灰装置的二次扬尘除尘器,治理高炉煤气布袋除尘器的埋刮板机二次扬尘的原理、安装及操作方法。该装置可有效卸除埋刮板机内的压力,过滤粉尘,防止粉尘从埋刮板机的缝隙外溢,改善了操作现场的环境状况,保证了现场操作人员的人身安全。The paper introduces the principle,installation and operation method of the re-entrain dust filter,which can treat the hidden scraper reentrainment of BF bag scrubber. The device can effectively dismount the pressure in the hidden scraper,filter the dust,prevent dust from overflowing in the gap of the scraper,which can improve the environmental condition of the operation site and ensure the personal safety of operator.
