摘　　要：目的:探讨Foley导尿管应用于不停跳冠脉搭桥手术中的可行性及安全性。方法:2014年6月-2016年6月5例升主动脉严重钙化斑块的冠心病搭桥患者术中采用Foley导尿管行近端吻合,整个手术过程中未采用侧壁钳或其他升主动脉隔离装置。结果:5例均顺利完成近端吻合,手术过程中操作顺利,术后桥血管通畅,未出现神经系统及心肌缺血等并发症。结论:采用Foley导尿管应用于不停跳冠脉搭桥手术中冠脉近端吻合是一种相对安全、可行的手术方式。Objective：To investigate the feasibility and safety of Foley catheter in coronary artery bypass graft surgery.Methods：In hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 5 cases of severe aortic calcification in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass with Foley catheter proximal anastomosis,no side wall clamp or other ascending aorta isolation device was used during the whole operation.Results：Five cases of patients with this method were successfully completed near the end of the anastomosis,the operation process is smooth,postoperative patency of the bridge,Smooth operation during operation,Postoperative patency of the bridge,there were no complications such as nervous system and myocardial ischemia.Conclusion：Application of Foley catheter in coronary artery bypass graft surgery for coronary artery anastomosis in a relatively safe and feasible surgical approach.
