摘　　要：开放性、创新性和盈利性的组织际信息系统(OIP-IOS)的提出,是解决组织际信息系统生存与发展的瓶颈问题,也是重构企业运作模式的重要载体与实施"互联网+"的战略需求.本文系统地回顾了IOS盈利模式的研究现状与存在的问题,归纳提出IOS的研究方向:重构IOS运作框架;IOS运作模式与盈利模式的匹配机理机制;科学设计IOS动态盈利模型,规范平台盈利模式.对IOS研究的综述与展望,有助于发展IOS运作理论,填补该领域的系统归纳研究,也为传统行业和企业探索IOS盈利最大化、更好地实施"互联网+"提供方向.Proposing the openness, innovativeness and profitability of interorganizational information systems （OIP-IOS） is to solve the bottleneck problem of the existence and development of IOS, as well is a major carrier to restructure the operation mode of enterprises, and to meet the strategic need of enterprises＇ ＂Internet plus＂ policy. The auther retrospects the academic history in profiting mode of IOS, and exiting problems of IOS research work. And furthermore, to the direction of IOS next research are put forward , including reconstructing the operation framework of IOS, the matching mechanism of IOS＇ operating and profiting, and designing the dynamic profiting model of IOS par- ticipants as well as to regularize IOS＇ profiting mode. Over all, discussing the issues of review and prospect of IOS is to enrich the IOS operation theory and fill in the field, also is to support strongly the traditional industries and enterprises to provide a direction in groping for maximizing the profitability and implementing the ＂ Internet plus＂ policy.
