摘 要:反硝化除磷产电装置以连续流双污泥反硝化除磷工艺为基础,以厌氧池和中沉池分别作为微生物燃料电池的阳极室和阴极室,以模拟的生活污水作为处理对象。反硝化除磷产电装置稳定运行2个月后,COD、氨氮和磷的平均去除率分别为65.56%,57.16%和53.79%,最高去除率分别达到了75%,75%和65%,产生的电压和电流强度的平均值分别为0.58 V和6.31 m A,最高电压值达到了0.7 V。反硝化除磷产电装置的成功启动与运行,不仅去除了生活污水中的COD、氨氮和磷,同时产生了稳定的电能,实现了反硝化除磷与微生物燃料电池的耦合,为反硝化除磷产电工艺的深入研究奠定了基础。The device of denitrifying phosphorus removal and electrogenesis (DPRE) was based on the continuous flow two sludge denitrifying phosphorus removal process,in which the anaerobic tank and the mid-sedimentation tank were separately used as the anode chamber and cathode chamber of microbial fuel cell,and simulated domestic wastewater was treated.After steady operation for two months,the average removal rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus was 65.56%,57.16% and53.79%,and the highest removal rate reached 75%,75% and 65%,respectively.The average value of voltage and current intensity was 0.58 V and 6.31 m A,and the highest voltage reached 0.7 V.The device of DPRE was started up and operated successfully.The removal of COD,ammonia nitrogen,phosphorus in domestic wastewater and electricity generation were achieved.The integration of denitrification phosphorus removal with microbial fuel cell laid foundation for further research on the DPRE process.
