摘 要:物质-场模型是发明问题解决理论中重要的问题分析工具,但存在功能分析不足、缺乏针对性、分析效率低等问题。以提高模型分析问题的针对性为突破口,采用一种模型分析一类问题的思路,将问题分为不完整问题、效应不足/过度完整问题、有害效应完整问题、测量与检测问题共四类。针对每类问题分别使用物质-场模型、物元模型、物质-属性-功能-因果模型、物质-场-信息模型进行分析,发挥每类分析模型的优势,归纳出基于问题分类的创新设计流程,并用实例验证模型分类的合理性和设计流程的实用性。The substance-field model is an important tool for problem analysis in the TRIZ , but there are some problems such as lack of functional analysis, lack of pertinence and low efficiency of analysis. In order to improve the pertinence of the model analysis problem, adopted an idea that was use a sort of model to analyze a category of problems. The problem was divided into four categories: incomplete problem, insufficient effect / over-complete problem, ill-effect complete problem, measurement and detection problem. The substance-field model, substance-element model, substance-attribute-fimction-causal model and substance-field-information model were used to analyze each category of problems to c, all into play the advantages of each type of analytical model and induce the innovative design flow based on the classification of the problems. The rationality of the rationality of model classification and the practicality of the design process would be to verified by case study.
