摘　　要：长春净月高新区自2012年经国务院批准成为国家高新技术产业开发区,其依托依靠科技和经济实力,致力于最大限度地把科技成果转化为现实生产力,从而促进科研、教育和生产使三者之间能够有机的相互结合,进而实现老工业基地产业转型的需求。本案的净月核心地块城市综合体设计,至力于以此为目的,试图建立满足净月高新区发展需求的经济聚集体,以加强其产业聚集效力。Since 2012, Changchun Jingyue high tech Zone approved by the State Council to become the national hi tech Industrial Development Zone, relying on science and technology and economic strength, to maximize the scien- tific and technological achievements into practical productive forces, to promote scientific research, education and production combination. As a result, it tends to realize the industrial transformation of old industrial bases in de- ,~ mand. Jingyue core block city complex design of the case, to focus on for the purpose of trying to set up to meet the demand of economic ＂development of High - tech Zone Jingyue aggregates, to strengthen its industrial agglomeration effect.
