“互联网+”战略下兵团新型城镇化与信息化协同发展实证研究

摘　　要："互联网+"战略为新型城镇化建设提供了巨大的机遇,"互联网+"促进了我国"四化"的快速发展,尤其是为新型城镇化插上了信息化的翅膀,为其建设创新性的赋于方便民众生活工作的"新功能"、研究两者是否协同发展直接影响着经济社会的全面发展与进步。在此,以兵团为例,运用协同度模型来研究新型城镇化与信息化协同发展关系,研究发现兵团的新型城镇化与信息化协同度水平均较弱,总体呈低水平协同演进与非协同演进的交替发展状态,文中分析了不协同的原因,并在"互联网+"战略背景下根据兵团的实际情况提出了统筹推进两者协同发展的、实践性强的发展对策,对进一步推进兵团实现跨越式发展和长治久安双重目标有着非常重要的意义。Internet ＋ strategy provides a huge opportunity for the new urbanization construction. It promotes the rapid development of the four modernizations in various regions of China, especially supplies an information wing for the new urbanization, and constructs the innovative ＂new function＂ which is convenient for the people~ life and work, and whether the two cooperate in the development directly affects the overall development and progress of the economy and society. In this paper, we use synergy degree model to study the rela- tionship between new urbanization construction and informatization, and taking the Corps as an example, the study found that the corps is weaker in coordination level of new urbanization and informatization, and the evolution is generally low level coordination and synergy of alternating development status, this paper analyzes the reason of insubordination, and under the background of Internet ＋ strategy according to the actual situation of production and construction corps, we put forward development countermeasures as a whole to pro- mote the strongly practically coordinating development of both them, which is of great significance to further advance the development of XPCC and the long -term stability.
