鼻内镜下吸切割器切除腺样体肥大与传统手术疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较鼻内镜下吸切割器切除腺样体肥大与传统手术的疗效。方法选取该院2015年11月至2016年4月收治的86例腺样体肥大患儿作为研究对象,其中46例采用鼻内镜下吸切割器治疗(观察组),40例采用传统腺样体刮除术治疗(对照组)。比较两组患儿的手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复评分、并发症发生情况、腺样体残留发生率、住院时间及治疗效果。结果观察组患儿手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,腺样体残留率低于对照组,术后恢复评分高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统手术比较,鼻内镜下吸切割器切除腺样体肥大具有创伤小、疗效好、术后并发症少的优点,值得推广。Objective To compare the efficacy of nasal endoscopic suction cutter resection with traditional surgery in treating adenoid hypertrophy. Methods A total of 86 child patients,in which 46 cases were treated with nasal endoscopic suction cutter resection（the observation group） and other 40 cases were treated with traditional excochleation（the control group）, with adenoid hypertrophy in the hospital from November 2015 to April 2016 were selected. The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative recovery score,complications,the incidence of residual adenoid,hospital stays and therapeutic effect between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group,the operation time and hospital stays in the observation group were both shorter,intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative complications were less,incidence of residual adenoid was lower and postoperative recovery score was higher with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with traditional surgery,nasal endoscopic suction cutter resection is with small trauma,better therapeutic effect and less postoperative complications in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy,so it is worthy of promotion.
