摘 要:为研究酸碱溶液作用下含硫尾矿砂物理力学特性的变化规律,通过对不同酸碱度溶液浸泡后的尾矿砂进行筛分试验与固结试验,得到了酸碱溶液对尾矿砂粒径级配的影响,并研究了不同水化学环境下含硫尾矿砂压缩特性的变化规律。研究表明,经酸碱溶液浸泡后的尾矿砂试样中位于级配曲线中部粒径含量有增多的趋势,且经酸溶液处理过的尾矿砂增多趋势更为明显;尾矿砂孔隙比随固结压力的增加而减小;酸(碱)溶液pH值与尾矿砂压缩系数呈单调递增(减)关系;酸溶液pH值与压缩模量呈单调递增的关系,碱性溶液中压缩模量先增加,之后在7上下波动。研究成果将为矿区尾矿砂污染物控制与治理以及尾矿砂的资源化利用提供理论依据和技术支持。To study the change law of physical and mechanical characteristics of sulphur contained tailings under acid and alkali solution, the screen test and consolidation test of tailings after soaking in different p H solutions were carried out to study the effect of acid and alkali solution on the tailings particle size gradation, and the variation law of the compression properties of sulphur contained tailings under different water chemistry conditions was studied. The results show that, there is an increasing tendency of the particle size in the middle of the gradation after soaking in the acidalkali solution, and the increasing trend of the tailing sand treated by acid solution is more obvious; the void ratio of tailings sand decreases with the increase of consolidation pressure; the relationship between the p H value of the acid(alkali) solution and the compression coefficient of the tailing sand is monotonically increasing(decreasing); and the relationship between the p H value of the acid solution and the compression modulus is monotonically increasing, and the compressive modulus of tailings in alkali solution increases first and then fluctuates up and down in 7. The research results can provide theoretical basis and technical support for pollution control, treatment and resource utilization of tailings.
