摘 要:以磷建筑石膏、粉煤灰、水泥、硅灰制备磷建筑石膏基胶凝材料。通过分析聚羧酸系减水剂(HC)、萘系减水剂(FDN)、木质素磺酸钙(MG)对磷建筑石膏基胶凝材料减水率、初凝时间、终凝时间、抗压强度、抗折强度、流动度经时损失等性能的影响,研究减水剂与磷建筑石膏基胶凝材料的兼容性。试验表明:萘系减水剂具有缓凝、增强的效果,与磷建筑石膏基胶凝材料兼容效果好;聚羧酸系减水剂在提高抗压强度、抗折强度方面有明显的优势;木质素磺酸钙具有促凝的效果,与磷建筑石膏基胶凝材料兼容效果较差。The phosphor building gypsum-based cementitious material is prepared by phosphor building gypsum, fly ash, cement and silica fume. The compatibility between superplasticizer and phosphor building gypsum-based cementitious material is studied by effects of polycarboxylate superplasticizer(HC), naphthalene superplasticizer(FDN) and calcium lignosulfonate(MG) on properties of phosphogypsum-based cementitious materials about water reduction rate, initial setting time, final setting time, compressive strength, flexural strength, time dependency of fluidity. Tests show that: naphthalene superplasticizer have an effect on retardation and enhancement, which is strong compatible with phosphorus building gypsumbased cementitious material. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer has obvious advantages in improving compressive strength, flexural strength. Calcium lignosulfonate has the effect of promoting coagulation, which is weak compatible with phosphorus building gypsum-based cementitious material.
