摘 要:利用建筑垃圾、抛光砖废料和黏土为主要原料,通过掺加大量赤泥,制备保温装饰一体化建筑陶瓷材料。研究了赤泥掺加量对保温装饰一体化建筑陶瓷材料的体积密度、孔隙率、抗压强度、导热系数和软化温度的影响。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对样品物相组成和形貌进行表征。结果表明:当赤泥的掺加量为35%时,制备的样品发泡均匀,气泡大小较一致,体积密度为0.25 kg/m3,孔隙率达到74.58%,抗压强度为9.87 MPa,导热系数为0.059 W/(m·K),软化温度为1170℃,耐燃烧性达到A1级。The thermal insulation and decoration integration building ceramics was prepared using construction waste, polished waste, clay as predominant raw material, and added large amount of red mud. The effect of addition of red mud on the bulk density, porosity, compressive strength, thermal conductivity and softening temperature of thermal insulation and decoration integration building ceramics were studied. The phase composition and morphology of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that: when the amount of red mud is 35%, the samples are uniformly foamed and uniform in size, the bulk density is 0.25 kg/m^3, the porosity is 74.58%, the compressive strength is 9.87 MPa, the thermal conductivity is 0.059 W/(m·K), softening temperature is 1170 ℃, flame resistance reach to A1 level.
