摘 要:以磷石膏为原料,在H_2SO_4-H_2O体系,采用水热法制备无水硫酸钙晶须。研究了十二烷基磺酸钠和聚乙二醇对无水硫酸钙晶须形貌的影响,并探讨其作用机理。结果表明,外加剂对磷石膏晶须形貌影响较大,但不影响物相组成。十二烷基磺酸钠对无水硫酸钙晶核的形成有抑制作用,并且随着十二烷基磺酸钠加入量的增加,抑制作用越强;聚乙二醇对无水硫酸钙晶须的生长有促进作用,且当其加入量为1%时,制备的无水硫酸钙晶须平均直径为0.5μm,长度为23μm,且结晶良好。Anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker was prepared by the hydrothermal method in H2SO4-H2O system and using the phosphogypsum as raw materials. The effects of Sodium dodecyl sulfate and polyethylene glycol on the morphology of calcium sulfate whiskers were studied, as well as its mechanism was discussed. The results showed that the admixture has an important influences on the morphology of the whiskers, but no effect on its phase. Sodium dodecyl sulphonate can hinder the formation of anhydrous calcium sulphate nuclei, and the inhibitory increased with the increase of sodium dodecyl sulfonate. Polyethylene glycol was advantage to the growth of anhydrous calcium sulfate whiskers, and when the addition content of polyethylene glycol was 1%, the average diameter and length of whiskers with excellent crystallization are about 0.5 μm and 23 μm, respectively.
