摘 要:以安徽某地石英为研究对象,通过浮选试验、zeta电位测试、FTIR分析系统研究了十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)为捕收剂时,Fe^(3+)对石英的活化作用。浮选试验结果表明:没有Fe^(3+)活化时,SDS对石英捕收性能差,Fe^(3+)在p H值为7活化石英后,SDS对石英的捕收性能最佳;zeta电位结果表明:Fe^(3+)的活化使石英表面呈正电性,在p H值为7的条件下石英表面正电位呈现最大值;溶液化学计算表明:在中性条件下,Fe^(3+)呈羟基络合物和氢氧化物存在于溶液中。FTIR分析结果表明:SDS在Fe^(3+)活化后的石英表面发生物理吸附。The quartz from Anhui was used as the object in this paper, the activation of Fe^3+ on quartz by sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS) as collector was studied systematically by flotation test, zeta potential test and FTIR analysis. The flotation test results show that SDS has poor capture performance on quartz without Fe^3+ activation. SDS has the best performance for capturing quartz when Fe^3+ activated quartz under the condition of p H=7. Zeta potential results show that the activation of Fe^3+ makes the surface of quartz positively charged. Under the p H=7 condition, the positive potential of quartz surface presents the maximum value. Chemical calculation of solution show that under neutral conditions, Fe^3+ exhibits as hydroxyl complexes and hydroxides present in the solution. The results of FTIR show that SDS is physically adsorbed on the surface of quartz after the activation of Fe^3+.
