摘　　要：医疗信息化建设是现代医学的重要组成部分,是深化医药卫生改革的重要任务和支撑与保障。社区卫生服务中心信息化建设是卫生行业信息化建设的基础,乌海市通过对基层医疗、社区建档、妇幼保健、区域LIS、区域心电、移动公卫、一卡通等方面的不断建设与发展,形成了完善的乌海市社区卫生服务中心信息化建设体系,全面提升了基层医疗卫生机构的服务能力,更好地为社区居民提供强有力的医疗保障。The medical information construction is an important component of modern medicine, and is an important task and important support for deepening medical and health reform. The informationization construction of the community health service center is the basis of health industry informatization construction. Wuhai City through continuous construction and development of primary health care, community building, maternal and child health, regional LIS and regional public health card, mobile ECG, etc., the formation of the existing system and community health service centers in Wuhai City inforrnatization construction is perfect, has promoted the medical services in primary medical institutions comprehensively, so as to provide strong medical support for community residents.
