摘　　要：目的:全面建成完善、实用、共享、高效、覆盖全市城乡的卫生信息化网络和应用系统,为率先基本实施医疗卫生制度,实现人人享有基本医疗卫生服务目标提供有力的信息技术支撑和保障。区域卫生信息化总体水平达到国内先进、自治区领先。方法:在国家出台的一系列标准规范及指导措施的指导下开展乌海市区域卫生信息化发展,通过业务应用系统完善、人口健康信息平台建设、基于平台的应用系统建设,促进整体乌海市区域卫生信息化发展。结果:现已建成市级人口健康信息平台,基本实现数据共享,信息互通。结论:乌海市区域卫生信息化建设已进入快速发展期,未来将结合"云大物移"等新技术推动区域卫生信息化的建设。Objective： To complete perfect, practical, sharing, efficient, health information network and application system covering the city＇s urban and rural areas, to take the lead in establishing a basic medical and health care system, to achieve universal access to basic medical and health services to provide strong support and protection of information technology. The overall level of health informatization has reached the leading position in China＇s advanced and autonomous regions. Methods： To carry out the development of health information of Wuhai City acarding to a series of standards and guiding measures promulgated by the state. Through the regional health information platform construction of village clinics, hospital construction, capacity building in Wuhai City, to promote the development of overall health information. Results： The municipal health data center has been built, and the city＇s health information network has been set up. It has completed the construction of four levels of health information network in the city, District, town and village, and has basically realized data sharing and information exchange. Conclusion： Health information construction in Wuhai City has entered a period of rapid development, and will promote the construction of regional health information by cloud computing and other new technologies in the future.
