摘　　要：目的:对医院信息平台构建与设计模式进行研究,为规范医院信息平台建设、优化医疗资源配置提供参考。方法:明确医院信息平台的建设目标,梳理平台的建设内容,形成平台总体框架,并对软件功能和主机配置进行了研究。结果:医院信息平台能够解决医院内部各系统和门户的整合,解决区域医疗信息共享与协同以及数据集成与利用。本研究提出的医院信息平台建设内容、总体框架、软件功能及主机配置可供医院平台建设参考。结论:医院信息平台的建设需要有整体性的设计框架和规划思路,从而提高平台建设的科学性、合理性和有效性。Objective： The construction and design model of hospital information platform is studied, which can provide reference for standardizing hospital information platform construction and optimizing medical resources allocation. Methods： Confirmed the construction objective and content of hospital information platform, formed the general framework of the platform. Besides, the design of software function and host configuration standard were also be studied. Results： The hospital information platform can solve the integration of various systems and portals within the hospital, solve the sharing and coordination of regional medical information, and integrate and utilize the data. The construction content, the general framework of the platform, software function and host configuration standard proposed by this paper are references for construction of hospital information platform. Conclusion： The construction of hospital information platform needs general framework and overall planning. Therefore, the scientificity, rationality and efficiency of platform construction can be also enhanced.
