摘　　要：目的:探讨基于医院信息集成平台的数字化医院架构设计和建设关键,为数字化医院建设提出一些工作建议。方法:通过数据集成、应用集成和界面集成,实现数据库系统之间的数据交换与共享,以及应用系统之间信息交换和调用。结果:实现医院信息资源的高度整合,医疗过程实时监控、工作流程优化改进、业务数据充分共享、医疗资源综合利用、医疗服务区域协同体系。结论:基于医院信息集成平台的数字化医院建设,可以最大程度保护己有投入,保证医院数字化持续建设,不断增强医院综合实力和核心竞争力,促进医院全面协调发展。Objecive： To discuss about the key to design and construction of digital hospital architecture based on the hospital information integration platform, and give some suggestions on construction of digital hospital. Methods： By means of data integration, application integration and interface integration, data exchange and sharing between database systems, and information exchange and call between application systems are realized. Results： High integration of hospital information resources, real-time monitoring of the medical process, optimization and improvement of work process, sufficient sharing of business data, comprehensive utilization of medical resources, and the regional collaboration system of medical services are realized. Conclusion： The digital hospital construction based on the hospital information integration platform can protect the existing investment to the greatest extent, ensure the continuous construction of hospital digitization, continuously improve comprehensive strength and core competitiveness of hospital, and promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of hospital.
