摘　　要：目的:解决康复医疗手工书写工作模式落后以及缺少符合流程的专业数字化信息系统的问题。方法:分析梳理康复科业务流程,结合我院HIS、EMR等现有系统,开发了以评定、治疗计划、康复文书、质控、随访等功能模块为核心的全要素闭环专科系统。结果:系统已经在康复医学中心门诊上线运行,取得了良好的应用效果。结论:系统实现了我院康复医疗活动的信息化管理,加快了患者康复进程,对临床康复治疗、康复质量和科研都具有重要意义。Objective： To solve the problem that the manual writing mode of rehabilitation medical treatment is backward and the lack of professional digital information system that conforms to the process. Methods： Based on the working pattern of the rehabilitation, and combined with the HIS, EMR and other existing systems, the dosed-loop information system of specialized elements has been developed with the core of rehabilitation evaluation, treatment planning, rehabilitation certificate, quality control and follow-up models. Results： It is using in the outpatient of the rehabilitation department and gets good effect. Conclusion： System to achieve our hospital rehabilitation medical activities of information management, to speed up the rehabilitation process of patients, it will be of a great significance of rehabilitation treatment, quality and technological research.
