摘　　要：目的:加强医院终端认证管理,防范非法入网,提高网络安全。方法:基于医院现有网络架构,将终端准入系统以旁路方式接入医院核心交换机,配置策略路由,验证终端身份,实现终端安全管理。结果:终端不合理上网行为得到有效抑制,网络安全的主动防御能力大大提高。结论:系统部署简单,实现方便,为医院终端准入控制提供了一种新颖安全的管理方法。Objective： To strengthen the management of terminal authentication, prevent illegal access to network and improve the network security. Methods： Based on the existing network architecture, the terminal access system is connected to the hospital core switch by the bypass method. Configuring the policy-based routing and verifying the terminal identity are to achieve the terminal security management. Results： The unreasonable access to the network has been effectively suppressed, and the active defense capability of network security has been greatly improved. Conclusion： The system is simple and easy to implement. It provides a novel and safe management method for the terminal admission control.
