摘　　要：目的:探讨移动护理信息系统PDA在心血管内科临床护理工作中的应用。方法:海口市人民医院心血管内科自2015年以来使用移动护理信息系统PDA,选取使用前250例患者、使用后280例患者为研究对象。结果:PDA使用后,患者的护理满意度高于使用前,不良事件的发生率低于使用前,临床体征数据采集、护理记录书写、护理评估的时间均短于使用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:移动护理信息系统PDA能够有效提高心血管内科的护理质量和护理效率。Objective： To explore the application effect of mobile nursing information system PDA in clinical nursing work in cardiovascular department. Methods： Our department has used mobile information system PDA since 2015, 250 patients before the use of the system and 280 patients after the use of the system were selected as the research subjects. Results： After using PDA, the nursing satisfaction of patients was higher than that before; the incidence of adverse events were less than that before; clinical signs data acquisition, nursing record writing and nursing assessment time was shorter than that before; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Mobile nursing information system PDA can effectively improve the nursing quality and nursing efficiency.
