青岛市区域诊疗“一卡通”应用探讨

摘　　要：为实现区域诊疗一卡通行,搭建区域健康医疗信息大数据平台,青岛市率先在本区域内实施了健康信息服务平台区域诊疗"一卡通"工程。本文综合探讨了"一卡通"工程的"六统一"、应用效果及经验总结,提出了下一步"一卡通"的应用展望。In order to achieve regional diagnosis ＂All-in-One-Card＂ and establish regional health medical information big data platform, Qingdao carried out health information platform of regional diagnosis ＂All-in-One-Card＂ project first. Synthetically, this article discusses the ＂Six Unifications＂, effect of application and summary of experience of ＂All-in-One-Card＂ project, put forward prospection about the application of ＂All-in-One-Card＂ next.
