摘　　要：广安门医院结合实际情况,从患者角度出发,建设完成医院自助医疗服务平台。本文首先对医院信息系统的现状进行分析,并对系统建设的需求进行了分析,对系统整体框架和关键业务流程进行了描述,对平台的使用效果从几个方面进行了分析和总结。Guang＇anmen hospital combined with the actual situation, from the point of view of patients, has completed the construction of the hospital self-service medical service platform. This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of hospital information system. In this paper, the requirements of system construction are analyzed, and the overall framework of the system and the key business processes are described.
