健脾补肾联合穴位注射促排卵临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾补肾联合穴位注射促排卵的临床疗效。方法将200例经诊断为排卵障碍性不孕患者随机分为两组,治疗组100例于月经第5天口服补肾助卵泡汤,每日1剂,每剂煎服2次,穴位注射每日1次,连续1~2天;对照组100例于月经第5天口服克罗米芬每日1次,连续5日,肌注HCG。两组均连续治疗,以3个月为一个疗程,观察两组有效率并进行比较。结果治疗组经治疗后25例显效,45例有效,30例无效,总有效率为70%;对照组经治疗后13例显效,42例有效,45例无效,总有效率为55%。经统计学处理后得出,治疗组临床症状改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾补肾联合穴位注射促排卵疗效优于西药克罗米芬,且可以明显改善患者临床症状,帮助提高妊娠率,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of invigorating spleen and kidney combined with acupoint injection on ovulation induction. Methods 200 cases of diagnosed anovulatory infertility patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. 100 cases in the treatment group in the fifth day of the menstrual cycle took tonifying kidney oral egg juice,a daily dose of each agent,decocted two times,acupoint injection once daily for 1-2 days. The control group of 100 cases in the fifth day period took oral clomiphene once a day,for five consecutive days,intramuscular injection of HCG. The two groups were treated continuously for a period of three months,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results After treatment,in the treatment group,25 cases were cured,45 cases were effective,30 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 70%（ including complete effective rate and effective rate）. In the control group after treatment,13 cases were cured,42 cases were effective,45 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 55%（ including the complete effective rate and effective rate）. After statistical analysis,the improvement of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of invigorating spleen and kidney combined with acupoint injection on ovulation induction is better than that of clomiphene. It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,pregnancy rate and the quality of life,and is worthy of recommendation.
