摘　　要：目的探讨调神健脬汤治疗精神性尿频的疗效。方法采用调神健脬汤对临床35例精神性尿频患者进行治疗。结果调神健脬汤在治疗精神性尿频时根据不同具体病情灵活进行临床加减,并与金匮肾气汤对照组观察和总结,调神健脬汤治疗的35例患者总有效率为97.14%,治愈者随访半年无复发。结论调神健脬汤治疗精神性尿频疗效确切。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Tiaoshen Jianfu decoction in the treatment of mental frequent micturition. Method35 cases of patients with mental frequent micturition were treated with Tiaoshen Jianfu decoction. Results The modified Tiaoshen Jianfu decoction was used to treat mental frequent micturition according to the specific condition. The control group was given Jingui Shenqi decoction. The total effective rate of Tiaoshen Jianfu decoction was 97. 14%,and there was no recurrence within half a year of following-up interview. Conclusion Tiaoshen Jianfu decoction in the treatment of mental frequent micturition has exactly curative effect.
