针刺联合雷火灸对急性腰部软组织损伤患者止痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究针刺联合雷火灸治疗急性腰部软组织损伤的止痛效果。方法将我院2013年10月—2016年12月收治的400例急性腰部软组织损伤患者按照随机数表法分为观察组(200例)和对照组(200例),对照组患者采用针刺治疗,观察组患者在针刺治疗基础上联合雷火灸治疗,比较两组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、改良日本骨科学会下腰痛评分(M-JOA评分)和临床疗效总有效率。结果两组患者治疗后VAS评分、M-JOA评分均有显著降低(P<0.05),观察组VAS评分、M-JOA评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床疗效总有效率(93.00%)显著高于对照组(85.50%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合雷火灸治疗急性腰部软组织损伤疗效显著,值得广泛推广。Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion in treating acute lumbar soft tissue injury. Methods 400 cases of patients with acute lumbar soft tissue injury in our hospital from October 2013 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 200） and the control group（ n = 200）. The control group was treated with acupuncture treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with a combination of acupuncture and thunder fire moxibustion. The visual analogue score（ VAS score）,modified Japanese Department of orthopedics Association low back pain score（ M-JOA score） and the total curative rate between the two groups was compared. Results After treatment,VAS score and M-JOA score of the two groups decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）,VAS score and M-JOA score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The clinical curative total effective rate of the observation group（ 93. 00%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 85. 50%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of acute lumbar soft tissue injury has significantly curative effect,and it is worth popularizing widely.
