脉管Ⅱ号胶囊治疗变应性皮肤血管炎36例

摘　　要：目的观察脉管Ⅱ号胶囊对瘀热证变应性皮肤血管炎的临床疗效的影响。方法 72例瘀热证变应性皮肤血管炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,两组均应用常规激素治疗,治疗组加用脉管Ⅱ号胶囊,对照组加用氯雷他定治疗。比较两组对瘀热证变应性皮肤血管炎患者治疗4周后疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后4周,两组总体疗效无差异(P>0.05),但在显效方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组未见明显不良反应患者,而对照组出现上消化道症状者7例。结论脉管Ⅱ号胶囊治疗瘀热证变应性皮肤血管炎临床疗效确切,安全性高,毒副作用少,可以减少变应性皮肤血管炎给患者带来的痛苦,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of MaiguanⅡcapsule on the clinical effect of blood stasis heat syndrome allergic cutaneous vasculitis. Methods 72 cases of blood stasis heat syndrome allergic cutaneous vasculitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group. Two groups were treated with conventional hormone therapy,the treatment group was also treated with Maiguan capsule II,and the control group was also treated with loratadine treatment. The clinical effect of 2 groups was compared,and the adverse reactions were recorded in the 2 groups after treatment for 4 weeks. Results 4 weeks After treatment,the total curative effect between the two groups had no difference（P〉0. 05）,but the effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The treatment group had no obvious adverse reactions,while the control group had symptoms of upper digestive tract for 7 cases.Conclusion MaiguanⅡcapsule on the clinical effect of blood stasis heat syndrome allergic cutaneous vasculitis has exactly clinical curative effect,high safety and less side effects,can reduce the pain induced by allergic cutaneous vasculitis,and improve the quality of life.
