摘　　要：天津市医药集团有限公司面临改革调整的机遇与挑战,充分发挥各级工会组织优势,紧紧围绕企业发展中心,从提高企业民主管理水平入手,集中开展了"要约行动"和"开好首次职代会"两项活动,强化了工作推动,突出了工作效果,营造了和谐发展的氛围,提升了基层企业民主管理整体水平。Tianjin Pharmaceuticals Group Co. Ltd faces opportunities and challenges of the reform. The company gives full play to advantages of trade union organizations at different levels, adheres to the center of corporate development, focuses on facilitating the corporate democratic management, and implements ＂offer action＂ and ＂conduct the first workers＇ congress＂ , in order to promote working progress, highlight work efficiency, create the atmosphere of harmonious development, and enhance the overall democratic management level for enterprises at basic levels.
