摘 要:超声波流量计通过测量声波穿过管道内流体时所用时长,得到管输介质瞬时流速值,并通过对瞬时值的近似积分得到过站累计流量。将某运行工况下瞬时流量与累计流量的趋势变化进行对比,证明了超声波计量准确,精度满足生产需求,提高了生产效率。此外,超声波流量计还采集了管道内流体的声速值,通过后期改造将该数据传送至站PLC,可以得到油品声速值的实时数据。将密度与声速随时间变化的趋势进行对比得出:使用超声波流量计进行批次界面检测,可取代站场密度计检测装置从而大幅降低维护人员劳动强度并节省运行费用。By measuring the time length of the fluid flowing through the pipe, the ultrasonic flow meter can get the instantaneous flow velocity of the pipe conveying medium and obtain the accumulated flow through the approximate integral of the instantaneous value. By contrastively analyzing the trend of the transient flow and cumulative flow under a working condition, the accuracy of ultrasonic measurement is proved. The precision of ultrasonic measurement can meet the production demand and improve the production efficiency. In addition, the ultrasonic flow meter also collects the sound velocity of the fluid in the pipeline, and transmits the data to the station PLC through the later stage transformation to obtain the real-time data of the sound velocity value of the oil. By comparing the density and sound speed with time, it is concluded that using the ultrasonic flow meter for batch boundary surface inspection can replace the station field density meter inspection device, thereby greatly reducing the labor intensity of maintenance personnel and saving operating cost.
