摘 要:为给河南地区柿主栽品种的选择和柿产业结构调整提供科学依据,提高河南柿果品竞争力,促进柿产业的可持续发展,以河南柿生产栽培中常见的几个品种及近年来培育的新品种为试材,对其果实品质进行评价。采用"合理-满意度"和多维价值理论的合并规则,以品种的单果质量、风味、肉质、果形、可溶性固形物含量、总糖含量、总酸含量、维生素C含量、可溶性单宁含量、种子数量10个指标作为评价目标,对河南地区的‘黑柿1号’‘红灯笼’‘火罐柿’‘八月黄’‘方柿’‘次郎’‘阳丰’‘新秋’‘禅寺丸’9个品种果实品质进行综合比较分析。结果表明,‘黑柿1号’‘红灯笼’和‘火罐柿’3个涩柿品种和‘阳丰’‘次郎’‘新秋’3个甜柿品种综合品质优异,适合在河南及周边地区推广栽培。In order to provide some scientific basis for persimmon cultivar selection and persimmon industrial structure adjustment, to improve competitiveness of persimmon industry in Henan, and to promote sustainable development of persimmon industry, using some fruits of commonly persimmon cultivars and new cultivars in Henan as materials, fruit qualities were evaluated. Based on ten factors (single fruit mass, flavor, flesh, fruit shape, soluble solids content, total sugar content, total acid content, vitamin C content, soluble tannic content, and seed number), fruit qualities of nine persimmon cultivars were comprehensively compared and analyzed by using rational-satisfactory degree and multi-value theory, including ‘Heishi No.1',‘Hongdenglong', ‘Huoguanshi', ‘Bayuehuang', ‘Fangshi', ‘Jiro', ‘Youhou', ‘Shinsyuu', and ‘Zenjimaru'. The results showed that three astringent persimmon cultivars (‘Heishi No. 1', ‘Hongdenglong' and ‘Huoguanshi') and three sweet persimmon cultivars (‘Youhou', ‘Jiro' and ‘Shinsyuu') had excellent comprehensive quality, and could be extended and cultured in Henan and the neighbouring regions.
