老年高血压病患者与血浆视黄醇结合蛋白4水平相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:检测老年高血压病患者及血压正常者血浆视黄醇结合蛋白4水平,分析其与年龄、SBP、DBP、血脂、血糖、胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗、尿素氮、肌酐、腰臀比、腰围及尿酸的关系。方法:以老年高血压患者45例为病例组,老年健康人群44例为对照组。测量腰围、臀围、血压、身高、体质量。抽取空腹静脉血,测定血浆视黄醇结合蛋白4、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B、胰岛素、血糖、尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸,计算胰岛素抵抗指数、体质指数、腰臀比及体内脂肪百分比。结果:(1)老年高血压组患者血浆视黄醇结合蛋白4水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);(2)老年高血压组患者血浆视黄醇结合蛋白4水平与年龄、SBP、DBP、腰围/腰臀比呈正相关;对照组血浆视黄醇结合蛋白4水平与年龄、SBP、DBP、腰围、体质指数、腰臀围比、体内脂肪百分比、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸无相关性结论:老年高血压病患者血浆视黄醇结合蛋白4水平升高并与年龄、SBP、DBP、腰围及腰臀比之间存在一定的相关性。Objective：To explore the plasma RBP4 levels in the patients with elderly hypertension （EH） and the relations between plasma RBP4 level and age、SBP、DBP、blood lipids、fasting plasma glucose （FPG） 、fasting insulin （FINS） 、insulin resistance （IR） 、blood urea nitrogen（BUN）、creatinine （Scr） 、waist hip ratio （WHR） 、waist circumference （WC） 、uric acid （UA） and obesity.Methods：Totally 89 cases were selected for the subjects.They were divided into two groups according to their blood pressure：EH group （n =45） and control group （n =44）.Measurment of blood pressure、body height、body mass、WC and hip circumference.Fasting venous blood was drawn to detect the plasma RBP4、FINS、FPG、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、apoprotein-A1 （Apo-A1） and apoprotein-B （Apo-B）,blood urea nitrogen （BUN）、creatinine （Cre）、UA.Calculating body mass index（BMI） 、waist-hip ratio（WHR） 、body fat percentage（BF%） and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance index（HOMA-IR）.Results：The plasma RBP4 concentration in EH group was significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.01）.②）RBP4 was positively and significantly correlated with age、SBP、DBP、WC 、WHR in EH group.Conclusion：Concentration is increased in the patients with EH and there is correlation between RBP4 and blood pressure.
